MISSION OF EVERYCHILDCOUNTS...EVERYSTUDENTMATTERS

There probably is never too much LOVE to go around, and while we appreciatively and admiringly recognize the countless numbers of those who give generously of themselves and their resources to the well being of others, it appears in our world today there is still a continuous need of Good Will and A Call To Action to attend to the needs of others, particularly children.
This Fundation starts with the simple premise if we begin with one child in need and offer assistance, we have hopefully made a difference in the life of that child. It is in this spirit that this Fundation wishes to play a part, however humble in its beginning, in sharing our resources, and to let someone know we care and we are trying to help.
Some people may dream of being a millionaire. I dream of being one of many members in a Millioncare Project. If you are retired from the 'job-earning' world, and still blessed with energy, and wish to become a supporting member of the Millioncare Project, please contact us. And equally significant, if you are still engaged in your current career, but your heart says you wish to be a part of EveryChildCounts...EveryStudentMatters, then we would so welcome you. BEGINNINGS

The very first financial resources for EVERYCHILDCOUNTS...EVERYSTUDENTMATTERS were generated by collecting recyclables and taking them to a depot for a monetary refund. This is still being done. As well, to help these beginning efforts, as a retired classroom educator I decided to return to the teaching arena to raise funds to be donated to this Fundation. What was once a dream is now beginning to be. YES!!!! EVERYCHILDCOUNTS...EVERYSTUDENTMATTERS was registered (Reg. No. 3245450) as a NPO (Non-Profit Organization) in Nova Scotia, Canada, April 2010. TRANSPARENCY: ECC...ESM is attempting to be very clear and upfront about the need for transparency within every funding transaction. Before any firm decision is made to offer funding, the would be recipient (individual or supporting institution) is asked to be a trusting party to transparency. It is my wish to post on this website specific details of how funding is spent to help directly a child/student in need. Anyone who dishonours this requirement violates the spirit of a giving and caring heart and the responsibility of wrongdoing is theirs to own.
